People in the city are familiar with these old windows, which are worn out, painted repeatedly, and cracked by wind, sun and rain. Nowadays, more and more of these windows have been demolished and abandoned, along with the demolition and relocation of the old city. The work combines old wooden windows with photography, trying to retain the old scenery that’s disappearing in the metropolis. The light source of the LED gives the photograph depth of field and reality, which makes people feel in a familiar space in the old city.
